Hello everyone! I hope you're well and having a good day, or evening :)
After several weeks of reflection, following Léa's testimony about her working conditions at QSMP, I have decided to resign from Quackity Studios.
In the rest of this document, I'll explain why I left, as well as my working conditions and how they've changed, and show you a few things I've done.

Please also note that this testimonial is about MY experience at Quackity Studios, which means that it is personal, and does not represent the entirety of the people who worked at the studio.
I will also communicate in a totally transparent way so that you can make up your own mind about the situation.

Let's start with the easy part:
I'm a web developer, more precisely, I worked for QSMP from June to February. I was responsible for the development of the QSMP.global site in its almost entirety (I had some help, notably on the back-end of the site but also on the design at one point), I also worked a little on QSMP.co and QSMP.tv, but that only represents a few hours so I won't take them into account.
I created 3 entire sites for QSMP.global, namely :
I'm also the person who had fun putting hidden comments in each of my pages, but more on that later :)
It all started with an advert, and a friend! A friend you know well, as it's simply Pomme, who passed it on to me. Seeing that they were looking for web developers on the project, I applied, and a few days later received a friend request from someone who would become my project manager. For the rest of my testimony, we'll call this person "John" (it's a placeholder name), and his real nickname will be censored using the color yellow. Messages from me will be censored using the color blue.
Other people will appear in the screenshots. Their nicknames will be masked by a different color.
So I was contacted via discord by John, and he asked me to introduce myself, and show me my portfolio and stuff, and I was accepted.

I was told that I would soon be working on what would become the QSMP.co site, but in the end it was entrusted to other developers. After this somewhat " trial " period where I didn't have much to do, John contacted me again, and this time he had a very specific mission: I was to make a page for the "QSMP.global" site about the elections, it was to display a pdf giving information about the forthcoming presidential election. I immediately accepted and was told I had 4 hours to complete the page, which is an EXTREMELY short time.
